Financial Readiness / Consumer Advocacy Program

The Financial Readiness program offers a wide range of services to assist Service Members and their Families in determining their financial assets and liabilities, educating them in maintaining a workable budget to sustain self-reliance and Family well-being. The Financial Readiness program is designed to educate soldiers on their rights as consumers and on procedures in resolving consumer complaint problems and issues.
Courses are offered in: Principles of Personal Finance, Planning and Budgeting, Managing Debt and the Proper Use of Credit among others. Classes may be tailored for individual or group sessions, and may be offered in English or Spanish.
Emergency Food Voucher Program
The emergency food program provides food vouchers for use at the Post Commissary to Active Duty Soldiers, Retired, Reserve and National Guard (on federal active duty) and their Families, and surviving Family Members of Soldiers who were on active duty or retired at the time of death who are experiencing unforeseen temporary financial difficulties.
