El Caney Lodge currently consists of 75 state-of-the-art rooms. We offer two (2) Pet-Friendly rooms with a non-refundable fee. Our air-conditioned rooms have color TV with Cable-TV service, hairdryer, coffee maker, refrigerator, microwave oven and telephone service; the larger rooms also have a kitchenette, iron, ironing boards, radio alarm clocks, and in-room safe in all guest rooms. Coin laundry facilities are available for our guests. Cribs and rolling beds are available upon request, free of charge.
Come and enjoy visiting our facility where our courteous staff offers great customer service. We provide low-cost, short term lodging for the military personnel and their dependents, when they travel on orders; and space permitting, when they are on leave. We also serve DoD civilians on orders, and other authorized users as defined in AR 210-15.
We are located about 12 miles South of downtown San Juan and the historical Old San Juan. We are located near the best malls in the metropolitan area. Our convenient location allows easy access to main highways that lead you to various points of interest through out the island of Puerto Rico. Near by bus terminals, train stations, and various taxi companies, make it simple to travel the local area. The following buses pass by train stations departing from the San Patricio Terminal: Bus B-27 takes you to Martínez Nadal Station, Bus B-28 goes to Universidad Station, Buses B-19 & B-4 go to Centro Medico Station, and Metrobus II takes you to the Roosevelt, Hato Rey, Coliseo, Sagrado Corazón, Deportivo and Bayamón Stations. The bus to Old San Juan is B-8 and to Plaza las Américas A-3 and Metrobus II (The metrobus stop is located across the street from the San Patricio Bus terminal).
Our facility is located across the street from the Community Club and Conference Center, and within walking distance of the Post Exchange (PX), Commissary, and PXtra. Other close by recreational facilities are Golf Course Complex, with a convertible 9 hole course, Bowling Center, with 18 lanes, snack bar, arcade room and lounge, Fitness Center, The Waterspout Aqua Park and "The Zone" sport bar at the Community Club and Conference Center, and just minutes away from major food and beverage chains and restaurants. The lodge has 4 types of accommodations to suit our guest needs; which are:

- Deluxe Double- 2 Queen beds and kitchenette area.
- Junior Suite- Upscale furniture & décor. Queen bed & kitchenette area.
- VIP Suite- Upscale furniture & décor. Separate parlor room, kitchenette
and mini bar.
